1. The adapter and the battery pack are not connected or there is no power at the plug: Please check if the connection is normal and the plug is in good condition before charging.

2. The adapter is misused:If the power light has been flashing, please check whether to use a special adapter, other adapters will have an impact on the product (Please be sure to use our dedicated adapter ).

3. Electrical failure or protection: Because our products have high temperature protection,the battery has to be at 50-55 degrees to work properly. Please cool the battery 1-2H before charging when the temperature is too high.

If you still have problem after confirming the above steps,we judges that maybe the adapter or battery pack is faulty. Please be assured that we will provide you with new parts after confirming the problem clearly.

Check and clean the roller brush/dust cup/filter assembly HEPA and then restart the machine.

1. Check if there is hair wrapped around the roller brush and clean it. Check the floor brush

2. Check if there are any foreign objects in the hose and conductive hose that need to be cleaned

3. Check and clean the dust cup and filter system (dump dust, clean the stainless steel mesh, clean the HEPA, and the HEPA needs to be replaced once every 4-6 months).

4. Poor system sealing: Check whether the sealing rings are intact (seal ring of the bottom cover of the dust cup, seal ring at the disassembly point); check whether the connection is in place (floor brush and conductive tube; conductive tube and machine head). You need to hear the assembly "click" sound.

5. Unreasonable gear selection: On carpets or when the degree of dirt is too serious, it needs to be adjusted to medium and large gears.

1. Poor wire connection: Remove the tube then directly connected to the floor brush to see if it can work, if the floor brush can work, it is a tube failure. If the tube is removed, but the brush still can not work after the power is turned on, it is a floor brush failure.

2. Floor brush motor is failure: The brush suction to water caused by a short circuit,the power light will flashing 6S,need to change the floor brush.

Please note that the floor brush stuck mostly due to entangled by hair, velvet and other things ,it can be recovered after removing them.

(1) SL60D uses LiDAR navigation and needs to build a map first. During the first use, the robot may move randomly or spin in place while scanning the home layout. Once the full map is created, it will clean normally according to selected modes.

(2) Before each cleaning session, the robot may rotate in place to scan the room and detect changes compared to the saved map. This process may take a few minutes depending on your home layout.

The strong suction may cause the robot to get stuck when encountering many obstacles. Please clean the floor and remove loose cables and objects before use.

The product uses advanced noise-reduction design and normally operates below 55 dB. You may switch to “Quiet Mode” for lower noise during operation.

Robots are shipped with only 40%–50% charge, so the first run may last only 20–30 minutes.Please fully charge the unit for 4–5 hours before the first use. After cleaning or when the battery is low, it will automatically return to the charging dock.A full charge typically supports 70–120 minutes of operation depending on cleaning mode and suction level.

(1) Charge the robot for 3–5 hours to ensure sufficient power for a full cleaning cycle.

(2) Restart the robot and press the power/start button. It will begin cleaning the entire home automatically. After completion, a color map should be created.
