Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase. All requirements under this Return/Refund Policy must be followed in order to receive a full refund.
You will receive a full refund if You provide Us with the following:
* All accessories originally included with the Product
* Items must include original packaging
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through lubluelu's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.
How do I return the item?
1. Please reach out to email@example.com to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number and provide your shipping address for the RMA creating.
2. lubluelu support will send you the RMA within 24 hours.
3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to lubluelu with the following information:
* Name of the courier
* Tracking number
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be issued after the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.
Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered that are not suitable for resale will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage caused by customers are not covered under this policy. We reserve the right not to accept returns for credit after 30 days of the original ship date.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we kindly request that you provide the following documentation to substantiate that the product you received indeed has incurred damage or possesses defects.
1. A photo of the unopened outer packaging as received with the package;
2. After the package is opened, please provide a full-picture photograph of the inner packaging, ensuring it covers the entire package;
3. Include clear and detailed photos of the damaged items.
We will replace it with the same product. All replacements will be initiated once we confirm receipt of the returned Product. If the current model is out of stock, we will contact you for a satisfactory solution.
All Refund Products should be shipped back to the address assigned with RMA Number clearly marked.
