Unable to Charge
1. First, switch to another power outlet to charge and observe if the indicator light turns on (to rule out home circuit issues).
2. Re-plug the USB cable or use the cable to charge other devices:
▶ If other devices charge normally, it indicates a problem with the P1 main unit. Please contact customer service to replace the main unit.
▶ If other devices also cannot charge, the cable may be faulty. It is recommended to replace the cable first.
3. If the above steps are ineffective, the battery may be faulty. Please contact customer service for assistance.
Unable to Power On
1. Check if the battery is charged. It is recommended to fully charge the device before attempting to power it on.
2. If the battery is charged but the device still cannot power on:
▶ If in a low-temperature environment (e.g., below 5°C), place the device in a warm indoor environment for 30 minutes before starting again.
▶ If the temperature is normal or the indicator light flashes red after starting, the button, battery, or main unit may be faulty. Please contact customer service to replace the main unit.
Short Battery Life
1. Ensure the device is fully charged before testing battery life.
2. If using the high gear, shorter battery life is normal. Switch to low gear to extend usage time.
3. In cold weather, battery life may decrease by 10%-20%, which is normal.
4. If the battery life is still significantly below standard (high gear <8 minutes/low gear <15 minutes) after full charging, the battery may be faulty. Please contact customer service to replace the main unit.
Floor brush failure
1. Immediately turn off the machine and check if the brush is tangled with hair, cables, or other foreign objects. Clean it and restart.
2. If there are no foreign objects or the brush still does not rotate after cleaning:
▶ Remove the conductive tube and install the brush directly onto the machine head for testing:
• If the brush still does not work, the brush may be faulty. Please contact customer service to replace it.
• If the brush works normally, the conductive tube may have poor contact. Please contact customer service to replace the conductive tube.
Inadequate Cleaning
1. Clean the dust cup and filter at least once a week to prevent debris from blocking the air duct.
2. Check the conductive tube and brush hose for foreign objects (such as coins or tissue paper), and clean them before reinstalling.
3. Ensure the brush, conductive tube, and dust cup are properly installed (a "click" sound indicates successful installation).
4. If the floor is heavily soiled, switch to the high gear for cleaning.
5. If the above steps are ineffective, the motor or battery performance may be degraded. Please contact customer service to replace the entire machine.
Missing Accessories
Please check the accessory list (1 machine head, 1 conductive tube, 1 brush, etc., total 8 items). If any are confirmed missing, contact customer service for replacement.
