The key difference is that the V9 includes a steam cleaning mode, while the V8 does not. Apart from this, both models offer similar core cleaning performance.
Please check that the clean water tank contains enough water and ensure that one water mode (Cold Water, Hot Water, or Steam) is selected.
Water leakage may occur if the dirty water tank is full or if the water tank is damaged. Empty the tank promptly and replace any cracked water tank if necessary.
